Year 7 enjoyed a very interesting and highly educational visit to Whitby Abbey this term. The pupils were able to experience at first hand, the importance of historical evidence and how it shapes our understanding of the past. This will not only help them with their work this year, but will form a good grounding for their future historical studies as they progress
