“Last week the students of Year 11 English Second Language were promoted to the role of teachers for the day. The aim was to create a workshop for the rest of the class about one of the past tenses.
Some of the students decided to teach their tenses by powerpoints and interactivegames, others used the whiteboard and exercise sheets.
We learnt how it feels to be in the opposite position to pupils as a teacher for the day.”
