It’s work experience week for Year 10s at Fyling Hall!

There were some nerves and excitement yesterday before they set off. Lunches were collected for those being taken to their placements by our mini bus, and the students were all ready and looking appropriately dressed for their place of work.

We have students as far away as Birmingham, Stokesley and Middlesbrough. We have a student at East Barnby Outdoor Education Centre; someone learning about being a mechanic; a student at Scarborough General Hospital with a tailor made week of shadowing many different professionals in various departments; someone shadowing a Personal Trainer and many other jobs in between!

We hope they all enjoy themselves, and we are looking forward to hearing all about their experiences when they return to school next week.
