What a difference a week makes! Who could have dreamt that our physical end of term would be brought forward so unexpectedly? This has not stopped us from keeping together!

Whilst our “household” of remaining boarders and the boarding team are still meeting face to face, the rest of our Fyling Hall family are meeting virtually. Pupils and staff are learning a whole new level of engagement. Many are starting the day with PE with Joe before logging in to find that day’s assignments. Will it be an essay? A group call? A home experiment? Year 11s have kindly written to “at risk” residents of Peregrine House, Oaklands Care Home and Fairways Court. Please, keep up the great work! We welcome your feedback and love to hear what you are up to as we navigate this together. And keep applauding our NHS!!

Fancy taking a look back? It was only seven days ago that we all met for the final assembly of our Spring Term. Take a look last week’s highlights including our GCSE Drama Exam, the Junior School’s Easter egg hunt, a special treat for Years 11, 12 & 13 and as many groups shots as we could.

Want to take a closer look at our assembly? Take a look . . .

To all of our Fyling Hall family, don’t worry. Keep calm, keep safe and keep focussed. We will get through this together! Remember, what a difference a week makes . . .
