This week Mrs Liu came (in a spectacular Chinese outfit) to talk to the Juniors about Chinese New Year. The pupils enjoyed handling Chinese artefacts and hearing about the New Year traditions and celebrations. Afterwards they were inspired to draw and paint dragons, snakes and other Chinese images, and to write and research further. Many thanks to Mrs Liu for her lively and entertaining presentation.
