On Monday and Tuesday of this week, the Year 7 and Year 13 pupils kicked off our charity fundraising for this year with a cake sale in the dining hall during break time.
There were some fantastic cakes and an excellent effort made by the Year 7s to bake their own and bring in as many as they could. We would like to say a huge thank you to all of the friends and family who helped to make the cakes.
The Year 13s managed to maintain an orderly queue and portray their fantastic selling abilities. All who bought cakes have been entered into a raffle draw for a box of chocolates – I am keeping my fingers crossed!
A total of £111:55 have been raised for our chosen charity – The Finlay Cooper Fund.
