Although the first week has been different, we are super proud of you all. I know you have all been working hard on Teams, and although you’re not here, we’re still connected as a family 💕. Last week was a bit of a blow to all children in the UK not being able to start the New Year as planned at school. I want you all to know, we miss you and can’t wait for you all to be back!!

Many of our boarders are back, and they are in the routine of going to school just like any other day. We have new pupils that we have welcomed into the family, and they feel at home. Meals are being cooked by myself, Justin and the duty teams. Miss G & Mr Parker made an absolutely scrumptious Sunday lunch this weekend. The boys & girls enjoyed a pool tournament on Thursday with Mr Coates. Games such as giant Jenga were played over the weekend. An exquisite banana & chocolate cake along with Jay’s amazing apple pie was made. We’ve been spoilt 😊 I got to know two of my new girls over a mug of hot chocolate. An array of activities are organised this week starting off with our Tuesday quiz, kindly organised by Stephanie; you’re a star!

The best thing about our location has to be the beautiful scenery and countryside. We are able to take full advantage of our surroundings and can go for walks up the track and of course round the site, which is just gorgeous. So plenty of exercising is had. We get to take Beau (Mrs White’s dog) too at times which is lovely. It’s been a great week!!

I shall update you all next week with what we are getting up to. Make sure you keep safe and keep smiling. Sending you, all my love and massive hugs 💕🥰 And as I said before, we are super proud of you all!
