Last Sunday, Fyling Hall school opened its gardens to the general public as part of the Robin Hood’s Bay ‘Open Gardens’ day. Pupils from Year 9 volunteered their time to serve teas and coffee along with homemade cakes and scones. The day was a great success with visitors being able to take in the spectacular views from our Rose Garden on a perfect sunny day. £95 was raised, which has been donated to Dementia UK.
