Some news about two of Fyling Hall’s most successful young sports people.
Aaron Preston (year 9) has been selected by British Cycling to represent the North East as part of a 4 man team in the Tour of Scotland. This event is only open to U16 riders, but Aaron (U14) has gained a dispensation to ride in a higher category based on his regional and national race achievements in 2013.
Meanwhile, Thea Fenwick (Year 8), British Indoor Moguls Champion, continues with her spring training at Pila in the Alps, and her mum has sent us a photograph which Thea would almost certainly describe as ‘awesome’!
