Last week, Fyling Hall, along with thousands of schools up and down the country, experienced the very thing that causes pupils to skip with joy, and teachers of exam classes to hold their heads in despair…a SNOW DAY. Actually, 3 of them. Our beautiful surroundings were blanketed with snow and the boarders took full advantage of the long, sloping fields to take part in some serious sledging. However, as the pupils made the most of the fields, our dedicated boarding staff made the most of the extra time to teach some exam revision classes, whilst 6th formers continued to study in readiness for this summer’s exams.
