The Barn was packed on Monday night for the Junior School production of Macbeth. This was a unique interpretation of the play, developed by Miss Edwards in Music and Drama lessons. The performance involved singing, dancing, improvisation and many of Shakespeare’s original lines.

The pupils worked extremely hard to prepare for the show: they put on an impressive performance, with several very strong leads and some lovely solo singing. Mis Edwards’ attention to detail when directing and preparing the children was clear to see in the superb performance.

Well done to all the young actors, and thank you to the senior students and staff who helped with the production. Special thanks to Mr Husband and Mr Squirrell for creating a beautiful stage and scenery for the children.
