If you go down to the woods today….

As part of Activities Week, the Junior School visited Guisborough Forest and Walkway for the day on Tuesday.

We followed the sculpture trail with Countryside Rangers Neil and Jade in the morning, learning all about the different animals which live in the forest along the way. After a chance to explore the natural play area and a picnic, we went minibeast hunting and found lots of different bugs to identify. The sun shone  but we kept cool in the shady forest, and all of the pupils had a fantastic time and learnt a lot.

We would like to thank Neil and Jade from Guisborough Forest and Mrs Locker for driving and accompanying us.
