House Captains play a very important part in the life of the Junior School, not just as role models for the younger children, but they also play an active part around the school, helping the teaching staff with registers, collecting morning fruit or any other supplies from the office (getting a banana for Mrs Freer too!) House Captains proudly represent their houses and encourage healthy competition between the pupils. They are responsible for adding up the very important and eagerly anticipated weekly house points!
House Captains are chosen at the end of year 5 and are selected for the contribution they have made to school life. This can be for sporting achievements, helpfulness, being kind, positive and considerate.
