This term year 7 have been learning all about map skills – direction, symbols, grid references and scale. As a reward for all their hard work, they paid a visit to the Danby Moors Centre where they were able to try their hand at geocaching. This is where the pupils use something similar to a GPS unit in order to find hidden clues and write down the correct answers. They all did very well, although Joe, Reo and Ethan were declared the winners and given a prize by the Moors Centre leader.
