Friday is Dress to Express Day at Fyling Hall. As you may know, 1-7 February is Children’s Mental Health Week. Supported by Place2Be “the theme of this year’s Children’s Mental Health Week is Express Yourself. Expressing yourself is about finding ways to share feelings, thoughts, or ideas, through creativity. This could be through art, music, writing and poetry, dance and drama, photography and film, and doing activities that make you feel good.”
Pupils and staff are asked to help raise awareness on Friday, 5th February by dressing to express You may choose to dress in your favourite colour. You might choose a colour which expresses how you’re feeling. Either way, Friday is Dress to Express Day and your chance to express yourself!
