On Monday 1st February, pupils from years 7 & 8 travelled to Red House School Billingham to take part in their annual cross country event. Schools from around the region took part, with the first six runners back from each school counting towards their teams score. The course was particularly muddy and extremely windy which provided some challenging conditions for all the runners.
There were some notable performances on the day from Rueben Mason, who finished 3rd in the boys event, and Olivia Coates, who finished 24th in the girls. The final results saw the boys team finish in 8th place and the girls did slightly better in 7th.
