Laura, Callum and Luke from Y11 visited local restaurant “The Moon and Sixpence” to interview the owner Linda Watson as part of their research for their Business Studies coursework.  They were treated to a lovely hot chocolate while they asked their questions and were able to gain a good insight into how a business is managed and run.
