What an excellent achievement from Sam! Year 10 Sam has only recently crossed over into trials bike competitions. A keen mountain biker and volunteer trail builder, Sam has already had great success in trials biking this year.  He has taken part in the monthly Wednesday evening trials throughout late Spring and Summer and has progressed well as the weeks went on.

Sam went on the achieve 1st place in the Youth Novice class in the Scarborough 2 Day Trial in August. This was his first open club trial. He then won 1st place for the Youth Novice class in the Jason Kirkwood Open Club Bonfire Trial.
Sam has since been awarded the overall winner of the Summer Series Youth Novice class from the Scarborough & District Motor Club award presentation evening.
