This year’s A Focus on Sixth Form was the third of its kind. Presented by our Headmaster, Mr Allen, our Deputy Head, Academics, Dr Richardson and our Head of Sixth Form, Ms Mitchell, the event was held virtually due to the current lockdown. Multiple sessions allowed for a more engaging and interactive session.
As in previous years, parents and students were guided through all aspects of Sixth Form including subjects & timetabling, results, university application, teaching, inspection reports, location, extra-curricular activities, class size, facilities. In a changing environment, Mr Allen encouraged participants to prioritise consistency and added value . . . two strengths that Fyling Hall can certainly deliver!

Of course, staff and current Sixth Formers are always on hand for any queries. We fully appreciate that thinking of options for next year and deciding on next steps after GCSEs is not an easy one.
