On Monday 18th, Year 7 went to Whitby Abbey. We learned more about Whitby’s history in a fun way. Whitby Abbey is very interesting and we walked around observing all the architecture. There were a lot of things to see; most were very weird and some we’d never seen before. We also saw the ruins of the Abbey and some pictures of what it looked like many centuries ago. These pictures were beautiful and the Abbey had a lot of colours. Overall, the trip was very enjoyable and we had a great day out.
